Meditation can help you learn to stay sane and calm.


2. Exercise


Exercise should be part of your routine. Physical activity produces endorphins that enhance your sense of well being and health. Physicians always encouraged patients to stay active. Physical activity reduces stress, boosts mental alertness and concentration, and stabilize your mood. The more active people, the higher the energy they have.

As much as possible, avoid caffeine, sugar, alcohol, and nicotine consumption.



5. Always choose yourself!


Always saying YES is not wise decision. Over-committed at work with poor time management will end to burn out and frustrations. Saying no is awkward at first when someone you care used to get what she wants from you. Learning to say NO is not only a selfish deed but also an essential technique to meet a stress-free life. Set your boundaries straight. Make sure that your commitment and priorities are aligned. Saying NO equals to self-love.


6. Get enough rest


Sleep is a powerful stress reliever. Regular sleep calms and restores impairment of our body. It also improves in concentration, better judgment, and decision making, and sharpen memory. In other hand, inadequate sleep decreases your energy, more impulsive, and sensitive. Sleeping deprivation triggers a higher stress level and will affect your daily performance.



7. Pamper yourself


You deserve to be happy. Don’t be too hard for yourself. Treat yourself like a queen. Do the things you love. Take new adventures. Create new hobby. Get a massage. Take new courses. Taking care of yourself like no one else can do will give you a peaceful mind.
